I'm Anna. I help organizations build Agile Release Trains that actually work.

I started my career as a Product Owner, which gave me a front-row seat to what happens when delivery breaks down — missed commitments, unclear priorities, and teams that are busy but not moving the needle. That experience shaped how I think about Agile: it has to produce real outcomes, not just ceremonies.

After more than six years as a Product Owner, I spent five years as a Scrum Master, then became a Release Train Engineer and Enterprise Agile Coach. I've led release trains from nine teams up to 250 people, and coached and trained Scrum Masters along the way.

What I've learned is that most ART problems are not framework problems. They're people problems, communication problems, and leadership alignment problems. The teams usually know what's wrong. The challenge is creating the conditions where they can say it and act on it.

I founded Scaled Bridge to do that work directly — embedded in the cadence, honest about what I see, and focused on building capability that lasts after I'm gone.

I also coach Scrum Masters and Agile professionals one-on-one, because the gap between passing a certification and doing the job well is one most people cross alone.
